Harry Styles took a girl on a date to McDonald's.

The One Direction hunk pulled out all the stops to woo model Sjana Earp by inviting her on an intimate dinner date to the budget fast food chain on Australia's Gold Coast.

The 18-year-old brunette posted a picture of their romantic rendezvous on Instragram, jokingly captioning the image: ''Harry knows how to make friends; he buys them Maccas. Thanks maaaate. (sic)''

However, Sjana wasn't put off by the 'Best Song Ever' singer's cheap date, and appeared genuinely touched by his paying for her Big Mac and fries.

She wrote on her blog: ''Harry is probably the NICEST person I've ever come across. And it's genuine, which is such an incredible thing to possess these days.

''He just has this effect on people. You feel really chilled, friendly and relaxed around him.''

According to the Daily Star newspaper, Harry also gave Sjana VIP passes for her and her friends to enjoy 1D's 'Take Me Home' world tour from backstage.

The 19-year-old heartthrob is no stranger to seducing girls with fast food, and even suggested the same outlet as a suitable venue to take TV presenter Caroline Flack, 33, on a date.

Harry quipped at the time: ''If she asked me, I'd love to take her out. How about McDonald's?''

Harry then went on to date Caroline for three months from the end of 2011.
