Gwyneth Paltrow says her husband Chris Martin is ''relaxed'' about her movie sex scenes.

The 41-year-old actress stars as fitness obsessed singleton Phoebe in her new movie 'Thanks For Sharing', where she strips down to her sexy black lingerie and gives recovering sex addict Adam (Mark Ruffalo) a lap dance, and she has revealed Coldplay star Chris - her spouse of nine years - accepts her raunchy on screen antics.

Talking on UK TV show 'Lorraine', she said: ''He's [Chris] pretty relaxed about that kind of thing I normally ask him to read a script before I do it because he loves movies and he is very smart about that. So, that way he knows what is going to happen.''

The star was nervous about flaunting her figure on set while shooting these scenes, however, her co-star Mark made her feel comfortable about the role.

She explained: ''I was nervous about that to do a strip thing in lingerie. It's very self conscious type of thing but it was OK because Mark Ruffalo was so nice and he made it really easy to do.''

The mother-of-two - who works out with celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson - adheres to a strict exercise regime to maintain her stunning figure.

She said: ''I work very hard. Five days a week for an hour and 45 minutes a day. There's nothing free in life I'm afraid.''
