"This is what $29 gets you at the grocery store—what families on SNAP (i.e. food stamps) have to live on for a week," the actress captioned a photo of her shop, which included black beans, eggs, lettuce, peas brown rice and celery.

The challenge is intended to raise awareness about the small $29-per-week grocery budget that families relying on the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) live on.
