Gigi Hadid reportedly wants Cody Simpson back.

The 20-year-old model is currently dating Joe Jonas but is said to be keen on reuniting with her former flame.

A source shared: ''It's just a rebound; for her, it's fun. For him [Joe], he really wants it to be serious, but she really wants Cody back.''

The insider claims that Gigi and Joe ''pretty much hooked up'' when she split from the 'Pretty Brown Eyes' singer in May 2014 but the pair ended their brief romance when Cody asked for them to get back together.

They added: ''When Cody came back around and was like, 'I really want you back,' she told Joe, 'I want to end this.'''

After the pair split up again last month because the 18-year-old singer ''wanted to stay focused on his own career and he felt like she was a big distraction,'' Gigi and Joe rekindled their romance.

The pair's close pal Justin Bieber is also believed to be urging Cody to take Gigi back.

The source added to US' OK! magazine: ''Justin is trying to get them back together now too.

''Their group of friends believes they belong together.''
