Gigi Hadid enjoyed a lunch date with Joe Jonas just days after splitting from Cody Simpson.

The 20-year-old model has reportedly been spending time with the 'See No More' hitmaker after confirming she had ended her romance with Australian singer Cody, 18, after two years of dating, last week.

The blonde beauty was spotted catching up with Joe, 25, at Cheebo's restaurant in West Hollywood yesterday (13.05.15) and according to Us Weekly it isn't the first time the pair have been seen hanging out in the wake of the split.

Gigi and Joe were also said to have grown close when she briefly called time on her relationship with Cody in November last year.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the star recently confirmed that the couple had split due to their busy schedules but haven't ruled out the possibility of a reconciliation in the future.

They said: ''Cody and Gigi want each other to be in a place right now that allows him to only focus on his music, fans, and new message, while she can focus and continue building her career.

''They love each other dearly and have split up in hopes that growing on their own paths will bring them together in the future.''
