Gerard Butler's acting career appears to be back on track after his recent rehab stint - he will re-place Eric Bana in diamond heist thriller Brilliant.
The 300 star began 2012 battling a painkiller addiction, but he recently checked out of a treatment facility and is now keen to get back to work.
He'll team up with his Ugly Truth director Robert Luketic to headline the new movie, according to Variety.
Filming is set to start in Massachusetts in May (12).
