The best thing about 'Strange Magic' though? It's a sing-a-long jukebox musical - which all musical buffs will know means it features a series of chart hits instead of show tunes, like 'Moulin Rouge!', 'Mamma Mia!' and 'We Will Rock You'. From what we've glimpsed from the trailer so far, tracks include The Troggs' 'Wild Thing', Michael Franti & Spearhead's 'Say Hey' and The Four Tops' 'I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)'.

While executive producer George Lucas provided the story basis for 'Strange Magic', the movie has been directed by 7-time Oscar winning sound designer Gary Rydstrom in his first feature film, and who, coincidentally, will be working on sound for 'Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens' coming next year. He also co-adapted the screenplay alongside Disney's own Irene Mecchi ('Brave', 'The Lion King', 'Hercules') and David Berenbaum ('Elf', 'The Haunted Mansion').

More: Evan Rachel Wood also starred in 'Barefoot'

'Strange Magic' will arrive at US movie theaters on January 23rd 2015.
