Eddie Murphy's ex-wife is attempting to evict music producer DAMON THOMAS from her California home, alleging he's failed to pay more than $100,000 (£67,000) in rent.
Nicole Murphy claims Thomas, who was once married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, has been missing his monthly $30,000 (£20,000) payments on the mansion in Calabasas.
Thomas owes a total of $114,500 (£76,000), according to eviction papers filed by Murphy in Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month (Apr10).
Thomas tells TMZ.com he is actually trying to purchase the property from Murphy and has since paid off the debt.
