DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON fulfilled an ambition on live TV this weekend (17Oct09) when he played U.S. President Barack Obama during a sketch on Saturday Night Live.
Johnson's character The Rock Obama beat up Republicans who refused to vote for his healthcare bill in the skit.
The role completes half of Johnson's Hollywood dream - he also wants Obama to play him in a big screen biopic.
Commenting on similarities between the pair, following Obama's election last November (08), the wrestler-turned-actor said, "Barack Obama (should play me in a movie) I hear that (we sound alike) all the time. You know I've gotten to know him, and he's a big time athlete, and loves athletics, so I'm sure he could bulk up."
