Drew Barrymore Insists On Ordering In Food On Romantic Date Nights With Her Husband Because She's Hopeless In The Kitchen.
The actress and Will Kopelman relish any time they get together away from their young daughters Olive and Frankie, but she doesn't spend hours cooking up dinner.
Barrymore tells People magazine, "I’m just not perfect in the kitchen, but I’m getting there slowly.
"I'm still trying to get a dinner party together for the summer and trust me I won’t be cooking for it. And on date nights I eat take-out with my husband."
However, the Charlie's Angels star knows all about what her kids need to put into their bodies to be as healthy as possible, adding, "I’m very organised about the kids’ food and they eat really well. Salmon and veggies are regular at my house. They get protein, starch and veggies, and I always balance it out. And I can grill a mean steak now."
