Drake has thanked Madonna for giving him a passionate kiss on stage at the Coachella music festival on Sunday night (12.04.15) in an Instagram post.
Drake has thanked ''queen'' Madonna for kissing him.
The 28-year-old rapper was left stunned after the 'Material Girl' singer passionately smooched him during his performance at the Coachella festival on Sunday night (12.04.15) when she came out on stage to sing 'Hung Up' and 'Human Nature'.
Although his decision to wipe his mouth afterwards sparked speculation he didn't enjoy the impromptu kiss, Drake has taken to social media to assure Madonna, 56, he is honoured to have been on the receiving end of her lips.
Posting a photo of the kiss on his Instagram account, he posted the caption: ''Don't misinterpret my shock!! I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel 100 about that forever. Thank you @madonna. (sic)''
After he wiped his mouth in the wake of the on stage make out session, Drake uttered the words ''oh s**t ... what the f**k just happened?''
Despite being criticised for her kiss, Madonna has been unrepentant about her behaviour.
In her own Instagram post, the pop legend uploaded the slogan: ''If you don't like me and still watch everything I do ... Bitch, you're a fan.''
The 'Living for Love' hitmaker - who raises four children, Lourdes, 18, Rocco, 14, and Mercy and David, both nine - previously admitted she has a big crush on Drake, saying: ''The lifelong ambition I still want to fulfil is to go on a dream date with Drake - and only kiss him.''
