David Cassidy's Florida Home Has Been Auctioned Off For A Reported $1.8 Million (£1.1 Million), Seven Months After He Filed For Bankruptcy.
The Partridge Family star declared himself broke in February (15) and began legal proceedings to manage his debts, which are estimated to have reached $10 million (£6.3 million).
He was ordered to sell off his luxury mansion in Fort Lauderdale in a ruling from a federal bankruptcy court, and the six-bedroom house went under the hammer on Wednesday (09Sep15).
The property reportedly sold for a winning bid of $1.8 million.
Cassidy is believed to have bought the estate for $1.1 million (£687,500) in 2001.
