David Arquette revealed Courteney Cox has a new boyfriend during a drunken phone call to Howard Stern.

The 42-year-old actor, who recently admitted he had fallen off the wagon after seeking treatment in rehab, called into the radio host's show on Sirius XM on Wednesday (30.10.13), during which he spoke about his feelings for his ex-wife, and gushed about their daughter, Coco.

The 'Scream' star said: ''I'm wasted. I threw a wrap party for this film I'm working on called 'The Key.' This isn't the first time I called you [drunk], I've called in a few times.''

Asked about the former 'Friends' star, 49, David claimed that she recently broke up with her 'Cougar Town' co-star Brian Van Holt.

He added: ''She's with someone who loves and cares for her. That's all I care about.''

He also gushed about his relationship with their nine-year-old daughter.

He said: ''She's the most brilliant, beautiful friend that I've ever met.''

David decided to end the rambling conversation about mentioning Adolf Hitler and the N-word.

He said: ''I'm sorry, and I apologise to anyone I'm going to offend. And I'm wasted and I'll get sober tomorrow.''

David was reportedly fired from the movie, 'Something About Her' in July because he wasn't in a fit state to work.

Earlier this month, the actor, who split from Courteney in 2010 after 11 years of marriage, said his girlfriend, Christina McLarty, was the love of his life.

He said: ''I'm madly in love with her and she's the love of my life. Absolutely.''
