Kind-hearted actor Colin Farrell spent Christmas Day visiting sick kids at a children's hospital in his native Ireland.
The Hollywood star took time out from the festivities on Sunday (25Dec11) to deliver presents to young patients at Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Dublin.
Farrell arrived at the medical facility unannounced and spent the day handing out gifts on the wards. Pictures from the star's visit show him meeting families and cradling a young baby in his arms.
