The new couple stopped by the Seattle Children's Hospital to spend a little time with sick fans, posing for photos and signing autographs, and officials at the medical centre later shared their gratitude to the stars for taking time out of their schedules to make the kids' day.

In a post on Twitter.com, a hospital representative wrote, "Thank you @DangeRussWilson & @Ciara for a surprise, star-studded evening for our patients. Feeling starstruck."

Responding to the sweet tweet, Ciara replied, "They Were The Real Stars! Their Bravery, Will, and Courage Touched Me In A Way I Can't Explain. I Am Thankful!"

The singer also shared a series of photos of herself and Wilson with the excited patients.

Ciara and Wilson were first romantically linked in early April (15) and they made their public debut as a couple weeks later by attending a White House state dinner together.

It's not the first time patients at the Seattle Children's Hospital have been treated to a celebrity visit - movie superheroes Chris Pratt and Chris Evans also gave fans a day to remember in March (15).
