The Norse God Thor had three children including a set of twin sons. In an incredible coincidence Chris Hemsworth, the actor who plays the hammer wielding deity in the Marvel films, has welcomed a set of twin boys with his wife Elsa Pataky. If Mothi and Magni, the names Thor chose for his offspring, aren't on the couples list of baby names, they definitely should be!

Reports from HELLO! magazine suggest the couple arrived at hospital on Thursday night (20th March) and Hemsworth could be seen wandering the corridors whilst guards were posted outside his wife's room. Presumably all went well and Hemsworth's representative announced 37-year-old Pataky gave birth to the twin boys on Friday 21st March, as US Weekly reports, in Ceder Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The couple, who have been married since 2010, already have a child together. Their daughter, India Rose, was born in May 2012 and Hemsworth recently tweeted a "father daughter" picture of the two together.

Apparently Hemsworth has been caring for India whilst his wife rested over the last few months. Pataky, a Spanish actress, recently gave an interview with HOLA! and explained how Hemsworth has been accommodating the needs of his family. Pataky described how this was a quality she loves about her husband saying: "I love his personality and the fact that he's a great father. That's what makes a woman really love a man. Seeing him with India and knowing how much he wanted to have a family with me is what most attracted me to him."
