R&B star Chris Brown has pulled out of a reported appearance on CNN news show Larry King LIVE.
The interview with King - Brown's first since his fight with ex-girlfriend Rihanna in February (09) - was allegedly scheduled for Wednesday night (05Aug09), after the singer had been formally sentenced for his attack on the Umbrella star.
A source close to Brown tells HollyScoop.com, "Chris won't be on Larry King tonight, but there is a possibility he may be on (the show) later this week."
As WENN went to press, Brown was awaiting sentencing from Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg.
Brown reached a plea deal with prosecutors in June (09) that is expected to limit the sentence to probation - and no jail time. Under the agreement, Brown, 20, will serve five years' probation and take a year-long domestic violence prevention class.
At that hearing, Schnegg also ordered the singer to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna for the next five years.
