Police in Miami, Florida are investigating reports Chris Brown drove off with a fan's iPhone after a night out with pals.
Christal Spann, 24, has filed a police report claiming the Kiss Kiss hitmaker swiped her phone outside the Cameo nightclub on Saturday night (18Feb12) after taking offence to her snapping shots of him climbing into his Bentley.
A representative for the Miami Beach Police Department tells Tmz.com the singer became angry when he spotted Spann and grabbed the phone, reportedly stating, "You're not gonna put that on the Internet."
He then drove off.
Brown is still on probation for his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna and the new phone incident could land him in big trouble if Spann's claims are true.
