Chris Brown has left the Philippines after being barred from boarding a plane earlier this week.
The 'Loyal' hitmaker was blocked from flying out of Manila airport on Wednesday morning (22.07.15) by the country's Department of Justice due to a dispute with a concert promoter.
But the 26-year-old, who was forced to reschedule a gig in Hong Kong as a result, obtained a special certificate permitting him to leave today (24.07.15) and swiftly boarded a private jet with his entourage to Macau in China, where he is scheduled to perform tonight.
Immigration bureau spokeswoman Elaine Tan said the 'Loyal' hitmaker obtained the necessary documents at its extension office instead of the main office in downtown Manila in a bid to keep a low profile.
The bureau decided to give the star clearance to leave after ''verifying that Chris Brown has no other derogatory record apart from the (immigration lookout bulletin).''
The dispute arose after the Maligaya Development Corp accused Chris and promoter John Michael Pio Roda of cancelling a concert last New Year's Eve (31.12.14) after being paid in full for a $1 million contract.
He was blocked for leaving the country in order to get him to pay back money they say they are owed.
Shortly before securing the documents, the 'Fine China' singer admitted he was desperate to clear his name.
He wrote on Twitter: ''This is a very serious situation and someone needs to be held accountable for mixing my name up in all this. I've done nothing wrong.''
