Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has insisted she doesn't care about going out barefaced as she is ''comfortable'' in her own skin.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini isn't worried about stepping out without any make-up.
The 'I Don't Care' hitmaker has insisted she isn't bothered about going out barefaced.
She said: ''I am comfortable with no makeup on. I think the more experience you have with it the more comfortable you become.
''I've got a lot of nieces and nephews so I remember that hormone changes can affect your skin so if you might not want to go out makeup-free (although I'd advise it as it allows your skin to breath) I would say go for more of a light coverage like a tinted moisturiser. A lot of younger women seem to think they need to put loads and loads of makeup on but really it should be the opposite.''
And the 32-year-old beauty is equally laid-back about her hairstyles.
She told Cosmopolitan magazine: ''I've always played with the length of my hair and I'm very spontaneous. People tend to think that I plan these things but I don't, there might be a day when I think 'do you know what? Cut it off, I've had enough!' - so [my bob] was one of those. I hadn't had it that short for so many years it was actually nice.
''The problem is you tend to think 'less hair, less maintenance' but it's so not true! When you've got longer hair you can just put it in a top knot and still look cool but you always have to dry it or style it when it's short otherwise mine takes on a life of its own. I wake up in the morning like Mr Majeika!''
