The country star sold 120,000 copies of the album last week (ends13May12) to maintain her strangle-hold on the Billboard 200.
She holds off Adele's 21, which was the only other release to sell over 100,000 copies last week. The megahit rises two spots to two on the new countdown.
Another former chart-topper, Lionel Richie's Tuskegee, also jumps back up the chart to three, while the Now 42 compilation falls a spot to four and Norah Jones' new album Little Broken Hearts, slides three places to five.
Silversun Pickups score the countdown's highest debut at six with Neck of the Woods.
