Cara Delevingne is still ''very much in love''.

The 22-year-old model - who was rumoured to have split up with her girlfriend St Vincent - has taken to her Twitter account to post a heartfelt message which appears to confirm the pair are still very much an item.

She wrote last night (22.04.15) alongside an emoticon of a red heart: ''I am very much in love.''

The blonde beauty is thought to have been dating the singer, whose real name is Annie Clark, since February, and has been described as ''head over heels in love'' with the 'Digital Wellness' hitmaker.

However rumours recently emerged the couple had split due to their busy schedules.

A source from the set of Cara's upcoming movie 'Suicide Squad' explained: ''You can tell she's been upset and distracted this week.

''It might have been early days but she was head over heels in love with this girl. They had a real connection.

''But Vincent thought she was always coming second to Cara's career and wanted more.

''Cara was shocked though, it's left her heartbroken.''

The model - who previously dated actress Michelle Rodriguez - also appeared to have alluded to the split on her Instagram account where she wrote alongside a picture of a sad-faced cartoon holding a heart: ''It's hurting again''.

The couple are believed to have started their romance after being introduced at a BRIT Awards after party in London earlier this year.
