Caitlyn Jenner has officially been declared a woman although there were very few who still believed she was anything but. The patriarch of the Kardashian family filed for a name and gender change in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Sept 15 and the judge has approved her legal request.

Jenner also requested that information necessary for the process, such as her medical history, to remain sealed which was granted by the judge.
The request stated that although Jenner had received positive public support for her transition, she had also received "unwelcome negative attention from private citizens".

However, despite this official name change, there are still some who cannot call the reality star Caitlyn.
It was recently revealed that Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris Jenner calls the father of two of her children Jenner.
In addition, Caitlyn’s kids still call her Dad and 19-year-old Kendall Jenner recently spoke about how she didn’t want to let Bruce go; however, she did say she had known about Caitlyn’s desire to transition for "a very long time".
