Britney Spears will have to wait until 14 April (09) to find out if she can legally tour Australia.
The singer's latest conservatorship hearing in Los Angeles in Monday (06Aug09) was held to discuss her plans to schedule dates outside North America and Britain.
Lawyers failed to reach a decision and the tour talk will return to court on 14 April (09).
Spears currently has dates planned in North America, with June (09) shows set for London.
