The Toxic hitmaker took a tumble during her Britney: Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood Casino & Resort last week (29Apr15), and she has been sporting a surgical boot ever since.

Spears later revealed she tore ligaments in her ankle, and under doctors' orders, she was forced to axe three scheduled performances.

But on Thursday (07May15), Spears took to Twitter.com and posted a photo of a doctor taking off the surgical boot, and she added the caption, "Finally giving the boot the boot!!! See you tomorrow night, Vegas! #PieceOfMe #ByeByeBoot".

Spears' sprained ankle drama comes in the midst of news that she is extending her Las Vegas residency for another three months.
