Britney Spears' conservators have asked a judge to move a bodyguard's sexual harassment lawsuit out of a public court to prevent the release of private information about the singer.
Fernando Flores is suing the pop star over claims she repeatedly exposed herself and made sexual advances towards him while he worked as her personal bodyguard.
Flores wants the case to be heard in civil court but representatives for the pop superstar fear he will use the public forum to divulge her secrets - and extort a settlement, reports TMZ.com.
They have requested the matter is moved into a probate court where his accusations would be shielded from the spotlight.
According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Spears' conservators believe "there is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information".
A hearing on the matter will be held later this month (Nov10).
