Monika Miczura Juhasz, known professionally as Mitsou, sued Beyonce, Jay Z and producer Timbaland in December (14), claiming audio of her performing Bajba, Bajba Pelem - a traditional Roma folk song she learned from her grandmother - back in 1995 was taken and "digitally manipulated without her permission" and used during the production of Drunk in Love.

She asked a judge to grant her unspecified damages and demanded the track be banned from the airwaves unless her vocals were removed from the song.

The Crazy in Love superstar is now hitting back at Juhasz, insisting the vocals are her own which were digitally remastered in the studio, according to TheJasmineBrand.com.

She also claims Juhasz has not made it clear if she owns a copyright to Bajba, Bajba Pelem and that the hit song and video are protected under the American constitution because of artistic expression.
