Armie Hammer wants to ''live in a permanent state of vacation''.

The 'Man from U.N.C.L.E' actor admits his wife, Elizabeth Chambers, thinks he is too relaxed.

He said: ''I'm probably too laid-back, my wife would say. I'd like to live in a permanent state of vacation.''

The 28-year-old heartthrob has been on a whirlwind world tour to promote his new movie in recent weeks and loves taking their eight-month-old daughter, Harper, along for the experience.

He said: ''She goes everywhere with us. She's been on, like, 32 planes.''

And Armie insists he has no problems dealing with the tot's jet-lag because it means they get to spend more time together during the night when he isn't working.

He explained to Us Weekly magazine: ''Every moment that you lose of sleep, you end up gaining something else. It's worth it.''

The heartthrob previously claimed being a father is ''the best thing in the world.''

He said: ''It's great. It's the best thing in the world. It's sort of a whole new perspective. I don't even want to sleep anymore. I just want to stay up and spend time [with my daughter]. I don't want to miss a smile. It's the best. I love it. Without getting too sappy, it's great!''
