Ariana Grande has scored her second number one U.S. album in a year.

The pop star's new release, My Everything, has shot to the top of the Billboard 200 countdown with a healthy 169,000 copies sold in its first week.

Grande's latest chart-topper comes exactly a year after her debut, Yours Truly, hit the number one spot in September, 2013.

Meanwhile, country star Brad Paisley claims his ninth top 10 album with Moonshine in the Trunk, which debuts at a distant two, and R&B singer Kem is also a new entry at three with Promise to Love: Album Iv.

The Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack and Sam Smith's In the Lonely Hour round out the new top five.
