The British megastar is reportedly set to quit touring for a decade, in order to spend more time with her family.
Potential bad news for Adele fans, as new reports suggest that she might quit touring for as long as TEN years, in order to spend time with her family.
The Sun reported on Thursday (September 15th) that the ‘Hello’ singer is considering taking a decade-long hiatus from the rigours of touring, once her current 107-date ‘Adele Live 2016’ tour wraps in November.
The 28 year old is reportedly making the decision because her three year old son, Angelo, whom she shares with her fiancé Simon Konecki, will be starting school next year, meaning that he won’t be able to join her while she’s on the road.
Adele might not tour again for another decade
“Angelo is the number one priority for Adele. He is the most important thing in her life,” a source told the British tabloid. “Adele doesn’t want to miss a moment of Angelo growing up and it’s an easy decision for her to give up touring for him.”

Adele, currently in America in support of her third album 25 which was released 10 months ago, admitted last weekend in Philadelphia while onstage that she doesn’t really enjoy the touring lifestyle.
“I don’t know how many of you know this but I don’t really consider myself to be much of a touring artist,” she told her audience. “I’ve never gelled very well with touring as I’m a real homebody.”
However, the same reports also suggest that Adele is considering taking on a Las Vegas residency, but that undertaking such a commitment wouldn’t happen in the immediate future.
“A regular Vegas show appeals to her because it is in one place and she would be able to maintain a normal life, but it won’t happen for a number of years,” the source revealed.
