David And Victoria Beckham Moving From 'Too Small' 13,000 Square Foot Home

David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly selling their £24 million, 13,000-square-foot LA mansion because it’s just not big enough.
According to The Sun, Posh and Becks want to move to a more lavish property with a bigger garden, so sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz can play football.

The mansion was purchased by the couple in June 2007 for £14.2 million after David signed with LA Galaxy. The property boasts boasts stunning views, nine bathrooms, palm trees and a swimming pool.
A source told the newspaper: “Victoria and David have both had concerns over the house for some time – especially about its size.”

“The garden is too small for football and the boys have to go round their friend’s houses – usually either Gordon Ramsey or Elton John – to have a kick-about.
“The private driveway is also relatively small. The house has been on the market for a long time and David and Victoria are actively looking for a bigger place.”
US real estate agent Stephen Shapiro confirmed to the newspaper that he had shown potential buyers around the property, saying: “It has been quietly on the market for a couple of years.
“It is a beautiful house. I remember there was an asking price of $30million (£24m).”

But according to The Sun, a potential buyer for the mansion has been tycoon Stan Kroenke, the largest shareholder of Arsenal FC, who also owns the LA Rams.
A source said: “Stan has a big property in Malibu and also a suite at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills. He is certainly a more than capable buyer.”
