Jason Derulo Wants To Collaborate With Calvin Harris
Jason Derulo wants to duet with Calvin Harris.
The 26-year-old has admitted he has ''been in contact'' with the Scottish DJ and is ''interested'' in working with the 32-year-old musician on a track in the future, although their busy schedules are making it difficult to put a plan into action.
The 'Wiggle' hitmaker told the Daily Star newspaper: ''We've been in contact and Calvin and I are interested in working together for sure.
''But it's just finding the right time and right song, we both have busy schedules, but I hope so.''
And Derulo has revealed he was introduced to the 'Summer' singer songwriter by their mutual friend DJ Hardwell, who has collaborated with both artists in the past.
He said: ''Hardwell and I did 'Follow Me' and I love the whole EDM vibe.''
Meanwhile, Derulo - who has been cast as a fighter in the new American television show 'Lethal Weapon' - has admitted he was happy to land the role because he was able to ''relive'' his dream to be a sportsman, which he always aspired to be when he was a child.
He explained: ''I boxed as a kid but my mom took me out of it, which I was upset about, but I was allowed to relive those dreams.''
