The pop star and her rapper husband recently decided to move from New York to California and they took out a lease on a mansion in Holmby Hills after their plans to buy a $70 million (£44 million) house in Beverly Hills fell through.

However, they are now looking for new accommodation after the owner of their rented home agreed a deal to sell the property for $35.5 million (£22.2 million), according to TMZ.com.

The couple is now reportedly looking for a house in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air or Holmby Hills.
