Tori Spelling Suing Benihana Over Burn Injuries

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star slipped and fell onto a hibachi grill while enjoying a family night out at the diner, and claims she was burned so badly she had to be hospitalised.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com, she suffered "deep second and third degree burn injuries" and racked up medical expenses and wage loss.
