Taylor Swift And Lisa Kudrow Perform 'Smelly Cat' During Los Angeles Show
Taylor Swift ended her five-night run at the Los Angeles Staples Center on Wednesday night by inviting yet another clutch of guest stars onstage to perform with her – including ‘Friends’ actress Lisa Kudrow for a totally awesome rendition of ‘Smelly Cat’. Yes, really.
Swifty may have also invited A-lister BFF Selena Gomez on stage as well as Justin Timberlake, but the evening was unquestionably stolen by Phoebe Buffay, at last getting her big break at the massive L.A. arena. It did really happen, if you want to check out this amazing fan video on Twitter, with the crowd joining in to help belt out the classic ditty.
This made Kudrow the second ‘Friends’ character to be one of Swift’s guests during her run of shows there, following Matt LeBlanc (who played Joey Tribbiani) who got up on stage on Saturday night (August 22nd).
Kudrow, who voices a character in the upcoming animated film El Americano: The Movie, took to Twitter after the show to express her thanks to Swift for inviting her on for the show-stopping performance. “So @taylorswift13 is THE best person I've ever met. That was fun. Thanks Taylor.”

Selena Gomez also got a great reception when she joined Swift for the debut live performance of her own ‘Good For You’, released earlier this summer. Gomez was introduced by her friend as a “multitalented performer who is good at pretty much everything she does.”

That left time for one final guest star on the current leg of the 1989 World Tour, which will finally conclude on December 12th in Melbourne, Australia. She introduced Justin Timberlake on stage, whom she thanked for being “so gracious about me fan-girling” before they launched into a version of his track ‘Mirrors’.
Taylor’s guest stars have been just one of the memorable aspects of the current U.S. part of her tour. During the five-night residency alone have been Alanis Morissette, Ellen DeGeneres, Beck, St. Vincent, Chris Rock, Mary J Blige and Ryan Tedder.
