Rick Wakeman To Score Hawk The Slayer Sequel

The original movie starred Lost actor John Terry as the titular adventurer, opposite Jack Palance as his evil brother Voltan, who battle it out for the power of a magic sword, and now Marcel is preparing to return to the mystical world 35 years later - with a little help from Wakeman.

Marcel is due to reveal all about Hawk the Hunter and his upcoming crowdfunding campaign to cover production costs at the annual FrightFest event in London in August (15), when fans will be treated to a special screening of Hawk the Slayer, followed by a question and answer session with the director.

In a post on Facebook.com, he adds, "During the proceedings I will be launching our Kickstarter Campaign to raise final amount required for us to make the long awaited sequel HAWK THE HUNTER, of which more news to follow.

"In attendance will be my good friend Rick Wakeman who is attached to produce the film score.

"I hope everyone enjoys the screening and I look forward to meeting as many HAWK fans as possible."
