Former Child Star Kim Richards Facing Another Dog Attack Lawsuit

Kelly Crossley has hit the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular with a lawsuit alleging her pit bull, Kingsley, attacked her when she was at Richards' home in September (14).

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Crossley suffered "grave bodily injuries", and accuses Richards of dodging the incident by claiming the pet pooch belonged to her ex-husband G. Monty Brinson.

Crossley is seeking unspecified damages.

The lawsuit is not the first time Richards has been embroiled in a legal battle over her dog - earlier this month, she lost a lawsuit filed against her by elderly family friend, Kay Rozario, over a bite.

A Los Angeles judge awarded her more than $8,100 (£5,062) for medical bills and emotional distress and trauma after the reality star failed to respond to the lawsuit, according to TMZ.com.

Meanwhile, Richards is also facing charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery following an alleged drunken altercation with a police officer in April (15).

Multiple news sites also report that after a brief leave of absence from a Malibu rehab centre to treat her alcohol addiction in order to attend her daughter's wedding in Mexico, Richards has checked back in to a care facility.
