Jump On Board Robbie Williams' Charity Auction 'Doing It For The Kids'

For all those rich Robbie Williams fans out there, if you want to get your hands on some unique memorabilia, now's the time to pull out those bank cards because this is one auction you are not going to want to miss! And it's all for a truly excellent cause.

The popstar is leading a bidding bonanza at Bonhams this summer, with a variety of items set to be up for grabs at a charity auction appropriately dubbed, 'Doing it for the Kids' (that's in reference to Williams' 2000 single with Kylie Minogue 'Kids', for the Robbie rookies). All proceeds at the event will be donated to The Donna Louise Children's Hospice, which he became a patron of in 2002.
'It's a privilege for me to be a patron of The Donna Louise Children's Hospice; it makes a real difference to these children whose lives have been tragically limited', he says. 'The sale gives a great opportunity for bidders to know their money will go to such a fantastic charity, whilst also taking home some of my most prized possessions that have been personal markers of my career and life so far.'

Among those prized possessions (of which there's 150!) are some handwritten lyrics for 'Let Me Entertain You', William's suit from the 'Radio' video, his MTV video music award from his time with Take That and his multi-platinum award for his second album 'I've Been Expecting You'. These lots are estimated to go for between £2,000 and £7,000 so you'll have to dig deep if you want a chance to own them!
