The Rolling Stones Play 'Sticky Fingers' Surprise Gig In Los Angeles

The Rolling Stones played their seminal record Sticky Fingers in its entirety at a surprise concert in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (May 20). The band, who also performed additional Stones hits, were celebrating the June 9th reissue of the classic 1971 album with a show at the Fonda Theatre.

"That's seriously a bit of a down song," he said after, "And there's more to come!"

The celebrities were certainly out in force for the show, with Jack Nicholson, Bruce Willis, Harry Styles, Don Was, Brian Grazer, Georgia May Jagger, Kesha, Andy Garcia, Dave Stewart, Joe Pesci, Ben Harper, Leonard Cohen, Patricia Arquette, Eric Idle and Steven Van Zandt all spotted enjoying the hits, which began with Start Me Up, When The Whip Comes Down, All Down the Line and Sway.

"Next year we'll come back and do the whole of 'Satanic Majesties,'" Jagger quipped at the end of the show.
