Emilio And Gloria Estefan To Receive Hispanic Heritage Award

The music supercouple has been chosen to receive the Ponce de Leon award from the U.S.-Spain Chamber of Commerce, a prize that acknowledges their outstanding work as Cuban-Americans attempting to keep their Hispanic heritage alive in the U.S.

The Estefans will be presented with the accolade by the Spanish Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism during a ceremony in their hometown of Miami, Florida on 24 June (15).
