Anna Kendrick Blacked Out During Barack Obama Meetings

The Pitch Perfect star chatted with Obama when she was a guest at two official functions, and photographs taken during one encounter show the Democrat politician doubled over with laughter.

However, Kendrick was so anxious that she has no memory of what she said to make the president chuckle, and she is convinced he was only laughing to be polite.

The actress tells U.K. TV's The One Show, "I have met him a couple of times and every time I act the fool... That's the great tragedy of that moment, I just blacked out and I don't remember. I was sort of asking people, 'Did it go well, was it alright?'... In my mind, (I said) something really hilarious and I'm absolutely sparkling with wit, but I'm guessing it was sort of a pity laugh."
