Garry Shandling Under Investigation For Hit-and-run

The Emmy-winning writer and Iron Man 2 actor stands accused of reversing his Porsche into a parked Toyota Prius at the Will Rogers State Park in the Pacific Palisades a few weeks ago.

According to TMZ.com, a witness saw Shandling get out of his car to check the damage and snap a photo of the Prius for his insurance claim, before taking off - without leaving his own details for the other driver.

The owner of the Prius subsequently filed a police report over the incident and cops are now investigating.

Shandling, 65, has yet to comment on the claim.
