Prince Crashes Hotel Band's Gig

Soul superstar Prince stunned the audience at a Los Angeles jazz show on Sunday (30Nov14) by jumping onstage for an unexpected jam session with the band.

The Purple Rain hitmaker was in the crowd at the W Hotel for its regular jazz night and decided he wanted to get his groove on.

He approached the groupmembers, who happily obliged, and proceeded to show off his talents on a guitar, reports Tmz.com.

However, his surprise set didn't last more than a couple of minutes, after which he handed back the guitar and waved as he hopped offstage.
