The American Music Awards Are Happening RIGHT NOW And The Fashion Is Outrageous

We have to talk about something. Specifically, about the American Music Awards. More specifically, about One Direction at the American Music Awards. Now, I don’t want to alarm anyone, but have you seen those young British gentlemen and their outfits? The boyband is definitely turning into a manband these days and their black-on-black ensembles were strategically chosen to reflect the change.

They went for a hipster-meets-business-chic kind of look (see the pictures over on CNN) and we love it – even if it has the potential to this decade’s sagging white pants. Harry’s hat and Liam’s l cheetah print shirt were particularly nice touches.

As for the rest of the pack – there’s a lot of fashion going on. As per usual, Lupita Nyong’o looks stunning in a bold colour and an even bolder cut – the shoulder bow is a style few celebrities have pulled off successfully. Lupita is definitely among them.

And oh, how to describe the Jenner sisters? In a word, legs. Legs all over the place. Kendall, Kylie and Khloe Kardashian all opted for front slits and minimum length in their dresses, making the most of every photo-op they had together.

As for Diana Ross, the word would be... what? Not that I don’t love the black and white head-to-toe feather boa/loofah crossover. I’m just very confused by it. But for the record, it is nothing short of majestic. Thoughts?
