Kaley Cuoco Made 'A Joke' Out Of 'The Fappening' Nude Photo Leaks

Kaley Cuoco, whilst appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, explained how she dealt with her leaked nude photos.

The Big Bang Theory actress was one of the many victims of the mass nude photo leak back in August, or 'The Fappening' as it is commonly known. The FBI are still pursuing the hackers who are believed to have accessed the personal email and iCloud accounts of over 100 celebrities and posted their private photos online.

28-year-old Cuoco, appearing on Kimmel's talk show on Friday (19th September), explained how she had combated the invasion of privacy by using humour. Apparently she first heard about the photographs through Google alert. Cuoco is reportedly obsessed with social media and how she is perceived in the public eye so it's not surprising she has alerts for her own name.

Cuoco explained how she had previously heard rumours of naked photos over the past few years but that they were always fakes. She soon realised these photographs were legitimate and set about warning her family. Cuoco joked, as Fox reports, "So I sent an email out to my family. I said 'just so you know, this happened, blah, blah, blah, blah. P.S. I'm not pregnant. P.S.S. I'm not getting a divorce.' I was able to get everything out in the email."

Cuoco also knew she had to find a way to inform her fans and she decided to use humour to address the "really bad situation". She and her Big Bang Theory co-stars selected a picture they then pixilated to post online in order to, as Cuoco put it, make "a joke about it".

Although the photographs were leaked almost a month ago, the leak is still making headlines and yet more nude celebrity images are appearing online. Most recently victims of the leak include Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, and Mary-Kate Olsen, according to E!.
