Cee-Lo Green Posts Bizarre Views On Rape, Deletes Twitter
In a series of tweets, the singer Cee-Lo Green has questioned the definition of rape after he pleaded no contest to supplying ecstasy to a woman. The former judge on 'The Voice' was sentenced to three years' probation after supplying the drug to the woman and having "consensual relations", despite the fact that she had no recollection the following day.
Green's attorney Blair Berk had argued that anything happening in the period between dining at a sushi restaurant and the woman waking up naked in the singer's bed was entirely consensual.

The singer took to Twitter to further fight his case, later deleting the posts (screenshots were posted on Buzzfeed)
"If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously! so WITH Implies consent," he said.
"When someone brakes on a home there is broken glass where is your plausible proof that anyone was raped," he added.
The singer, who won a Grammy award for the hit 'Forget You' and also tasted success as part of the duo Gnarls Barkley, later posted an apology before deleting his Twitter account entirely.
"Let me 1st praise god for exoneration fairness & freedom! Secondly I sincerely apologize for my comments being taken so far out of context."
"I only intended on a healthy exchange to help heal those who love me from the pain I had already caused from this. Please forgive me as it."
"...was your support that got me thru this to begin with. I'd never condone the harm of any women. Thank you."
