Ashley Roberts Has Team Of Life Coaches
Ashley Roberts sees a spiritual guide and a guru regularly.
The former Pussycat Dolls star thinks it should be compulsory to have a ''life coach'' and she has an ''army'' of people to consult to help her make personal and professional decisions.
She said: ''Growing up in school you're given maths and science but you're not given life classes.
''A few years ago I felt like my dreams were getting fulfilled but I wasn't happy, so I decided to seek out a life coach.
''I think everyone should have one because sometimes you do need a bit of help. I've got a team that I see - a swami [spiritual guide], an acupuncturist, a guru. I've got a whole army.''
The 32-year-old beauty felt ''burnt out'' when she left Pussycat Dolls in 2010 and found spending time with a guru helped reignite her ''passion'' for her career.
She added to Stylist magazine: ''After the Pussycat Dolls, I was burnt out. So when I left them in 2010 I did take a second to say, 'Right, I've done this for seven years, who the hell am I as an individual? Do I still want to do this?'
''I took a good couple of years out and followed a guru called Amma around and did a three-day retreat of hugging and mantras. That really helped me get my passion back.''
