Teri Polo Files For Bankruptcy

Actress Teri Polo has filed for bankruptcy with debts of $808,000 (£505,000).

The Meet the Parents star lodged court documents to declare herself bankrupt last week (ends20Apr14), according to Tmz.com.

Polo claims she owes $772,000 (£482,500) in back taxes and more than $36,000 (£22,500) in credit card debt.

This is the latest round of financial woes for the 44 year old, who is currently facing a $30,000 (£18,750) lawsuit from her former landlord after allegedly failing to clean up after her pets when she vacated her Los Angeles rental home.
