Ant & Dec Star Assaulted By Gang Outside West London Pub

Ant Mcpartlin, one half of the supremely successful presenting duo Ant & Dec, was assaulted by a gang of youths outside the Old Station House in Chiswick over the weekend. McPartlin was enjoying a meal with his mother and sister when the gang started making rude gestures and taking videos through the window.

When McPartlin approached the group, he was put into a headlock and his mother was pushed to the ground, according to The Sun.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed they were called to deal with the incident on Thursday March 13 just after 8pm but that "no one suffered any injuries."
A witness said: "The youths were banging on the window, filming them and generally being a pain - and they just wouldn't let it lie.
"Ant was completely reasonable and said, "Leave it out, lads, I'm just having a quiet meal."
"But it immediately turned really nasty and one of them jumped on him and put him in a head-lock."
The witness said that when Ant's mother was pushed over, the star was "furious and shaken." McPartlin certainly doesn't appear to be getting much luck in the dining game recently - last month he prepared a Sunday roast for his buddy Declan Donnelly but ended up slicing off the top of his thumb. "It hurt like hell. There was a lot of blood," he said after being admitted to hospital.
Ant & Dec are currently back presenting their popular Saturday evening show, Saturday Night Takeaway, after another successful stint in the jungle on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
