Anxietty Dream ComeTo Life: Miley Cyrus Forgets To Put On Clothes Before Performing

Who hasn’t had the anxiety dream, where you have to perform in front of an audience and suddenly realize you’re not wearing clothes? It wasn’t really a noticeable difference, but apparently it was a missed costume change that left Miley Cyrus performing in her underwear irl during her Milwaukee show on Sunday.

Cyrus herself reported on Twitter that because of a delay, she was forced to run out on stage without putting on her whole outfit, according to the Daily News. She was just about to perform her hit 23 and didn’t want to keep fans waiting.

Oops... Cyrus quickly apologised to her fans.

Comparing this to her other performances of the song, however, Cyrus didn’t seem to be missing much. In fact, all that was missing from her outfit for 23 were apparently a pair of leather or pleather chaps. To be fair, they do seem to complete the outfit and tie things together really well, but Cyrus did well even without them.

Even so, Smilers in the audience probably didn’t notice that minor gaffe, given that this wouldn’t be the first time when Cyrus has performed in her underwear. Plus, it was really nice underwear. The pop star took to Twitter after the show to come clean — but chances are her audience wouldn't have guessed it was a mistake.
